Pictures of Bar-Winged Flycatcher Shrike which inhabits Borneo's secondary and plantation forest occasionally but commonest in submontane areas. Bar-Winged (named so due to the white stripes on its wings) hunts for insects by hawking around a clearing or foraging in small parties through the rainforest canopy.
A quote from Jim Bakker "You know, I try not to look back, because looking forward is so much better than looking backward.". And I just like to add that one day at a time -- this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering.
Don't look back.

Birds that closely resembled the Bar-Winged Flycatchers are such as Bornean Forktail and Little Pied Flycatcher.
